Joe Moscato
Joe was born in Bayonne, New Jersey.   He started playing the guitar when he was ten years old.  He joined his first band,  "The Monterays", in High School with his cousin Rich Gomez who went on to become a member of The 1910 Fruit Gum Company and later toured with Beatlemania.  Joe later joined a band with two other cousins and a friend to become the "Jades".  This group played extensively in the Hudson County area for about 3 years.  During his college years, Joe was a member of the Bridgemen Drum and Bugle Corps.  He left the corps in 1971 when he was too old to participate in a junior Drum Corps.  Joe took a hiatus from playing while he and his wife Sue raised their three children.  When the children left the home he restarted playing the guitar and took lessons from Jerry Topinka a master guitarist.  Joe met Frank Resola while teaching in the Howell Schools.  Frank introduced Joe to John D'amaro and after a short time, the group Rhythm 'N Sound was born.  Joe loves playing most kinds of music from classic ballads to funk.
